A booking is a request to rent a vehicle from DRIVO. The rental is confirmed once we accept it. The driver must hold a valid licence accepted in Thailand and meet the minimum age requirement.
Prices are shown per day in Thai Baht (฿) and are estimates until confirmed. A refundable security deposit may be required at pick-up and is returned after the vehicle is returned undamaged.
Rentals include the insurance described at booking. The renter is responsible for excess/deductible amounts and for damage not covered by the policy (e.g. caused by reckless or unlawful driving).
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pick-up unless stated otherwise for a specific offer.
The vehicle must be used lawfully and returned in the agreed condition, with the agreed fuel level, at the agreed time and location.
DRIVO is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
